GELECEĞİN IŞIĞI

PROJESİ

Sivil Toplum için Destek Vakfı koordinasyonunda ve PARIBU iş birliğiyle hayata geçirilen Gelecek için Dayanışma Fonu desteğiyle hayata geçen Geleceğin Işığı projemiz 6 ay süresince, depremden etkilenen kız öğrenciler için umut ışığı olacak.

Proje paydaşımız Buradayız Hatay ile birlikte kız öğrencilerin mesleki, sosyal ve öğrenim becerilerini geliştirmek için harekete geçiyoruz.

Projemizin Hedefleri:

Depremden Etkilenen Kız Öğrencileri Mühendislik Mesleği ile Tanıştırmak:

Hatay’da lisede öğrenim gören, depremden etkilenen 12-18 yaş arası kız öğrenciler, mühendislik mesleği ve STEM (Fen, Teknoloji, Mühendislik, Matematik) alanlarında bilgilendirilecek. Onların mesleğe dair ilgilerini keşfetmelerine yardımcı olmayı, kariyer planlamalarını desteklemeyi ve yaşadıkları dezavantajlı durumu fırsata çevirmeyi amaçlıyoruz. Bu proje ile öğrencilerin mesleki farkındalık kazanmaları, yükseköğrenim hedeflerini belirlerken onlara rehberlik edecek.

Genç Kadın Mühendis Adaylarının Mesleki Becerilerini Geliştirmek:

Hatay ve çevre illerde mühendislik okuyan genç kadınlara yönelik destekleyici oturumlar düzenleyerek, mesleki becerilerini artırmayı ve onları birbirine bağlayacak bir ağ oluşturarak dayanışmayı güçlendirmeyi hedefliyoruz. Bu sayede, hem mesleki hem de sosyal açılardan kendilerini geliştirme fırsatı sunuyoruz.

Proje Aktiviteleri:

Lise Öğrencilerine Yönelik Oturumlar:

○ İlham veren kadın mühendislerle tanışma ve mesleki yönlendirme
○ STEM etkinlikleri ve çevrimiçi araçlar (Web ve AI tabanlı araçlar)
○ Toplumsal cinsiyet ve meslek seçiminde farkındalık yaratacak “Kaşif Mühendisler” oyunu

Mühendislik Öğrencilerine Yönelik Oturumlar:

○ İlham veren mühendislerle buluşma
○ Mühendislik öğrenimini destekleyecek Web ve AI araçları
○ Temel girişimcilik atölyesi

Geleceğe ve topluma ışık olacak kadın mühendislerini yetiştirme yolunda çalışmalarımıza devam ediyoruz.

THE LIGHT OF THE

FUTURE

Under the coordination of the Civil Society Support Foundation and in partnership with PARIBU, and with the support of the Solidarity Fund for the Future, our "Light of the Future" project will be a beacon of hope for female students affected by the earthquake over the course of six months.

Together with our project partner, Buradayız Hatay, we are taking action to improve the professional, social, and learning skills of female students.

Project Goals:

Introducing Earthquake-Affected Female Students to the Engineering Profession: Female students aged 12-18 who are studying at high schools in Hatay and were affected by the earthquake will be informed about the engineering profession and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields. We aim to help them discover their interest in the profession, support their career planning, and turn the challenges they face into opportunities. This project will guide students as they gain professional awareness and set their higher education goals.

Improving the Professional Skills of Young Female Engineering Candidates: We aim to organize supportive sessions for young women studying engineering in Hatay and surrounding provinces to enhance their professional skills and build a network that strengthens solidarity. This will provide them with opportunities to develop both professionally and socially.

Project Activities:

Sessions for High School Students:

○ Meeting inspiring female engineers and career guidance
○ STEM activities and online tools (Web and AI-based tools)
○ A "Detective Engineers" game to raise awareness about gender and career choices

Sessions for Engineering Students:

○ Meeting inspiring engineers
○ Web and AI tools to support engineering education
○ Basic entrepreneurship workshop

We continue our efforts to train female engineers who will light the way for the future and society.
